Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays) via United States Postal Service. Standard shipping is FREE and includes USPS Ground (3–5 business days), while expedited shipping is available for $20 (1–2 business days); delivery times are in addition to processing time. For expedited requests outside of USPS, please contact customerservice@gigilorraine.com.

Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships (please allow up to 24 hours for updates). To support sustainability, orders may be shipped in recycled packaging. Delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for incorrect addresses or delays once the package is with USPS.
