RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. All original tags must be attached. Store credit (excluding original shipping and handling) will be issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact customerservice@gigilorraine.com. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the original sender.
